Shipping Policy

Safiya’s room provides free shipping to the Continental US and $20 for international shipping. Orders ship within 3 days of placing orders and generally arrive within 3 to 9 days of shipping.

 
Returns and Exchanges

We run quality tests on all our products to make sure you receive high quality and unique products every time you order from us.  If you are not happy with the products you receive, we want to make it right for you. We offer full refunds for all items returned in saleable condition within 15 days of purchase.

In order to receive a full refund, items must be:
In new condition
Not be washed
Have all original tags attached

Please note: We do not refund shipping and in cases where free shipping was received, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

If the item is in unsalable condition we reserve the option to not refund the item.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 days of receiving returned items. All orders are refunded in US dollars to the credit card used at the time of the original purchase.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact Customer Care immediately at: info@safiyasroom.com.

 

Privacy Policy
We do not sell or share customer information to a third party. We only keep customer information in order to process sales and returns and our mailing list exists only to update customers on store merchandise and sales.
